Level Up your Web Skills and Face the European Accessibility Act

Micaela Avigliano - Frontend Developer, Design System Engineer, Accessibility Engineer, Growth Engineer

My idea is to talk about European Accessibility Act and how AI can help us being compliant but also can be our biggest enemy if it is used incorrectly. Finally, I will be doing a quick demo showing how easy we can be compliant in less than 20 minutes using only HTML and CSS while I talk about WCAG 2.2 success criteria. The demo I will do is a Spinbutton or Quantity Selector pattern which is a widely used pattern and the main blocker when legal demands come to our digital business. It will be a 40 + 5 min session.
